DATA MANAGEMENT

ProWorks places a premium on the security of the data entrusted to us by our customers. At every stage, we ensure the security and reliability of all our systems. All systems used follow industry best practices and proven security protocols.
Storage structure

Storage Structure

All customer data is separated both by customer and by function. Each customer is assigned a storage location, which is then broken down by function such as Accounting, HR, Tax and any relevant service being performed. Only the assigned account personnel can access either client or functional data. ProWorks make use of both local storage and cloud storage systems to ensure high availability and redundancy. These systems use or exceed industry standards for encryption and access control.

Access Security

Access Security

Access to all ProWorks computing systems are protected via strong login passwords. Once a user has logged into the system they then require a second level of authentication to access network data. Without both of these levels of authentication being performed access cannot be made to any customer data.

Transmission Security

Transmission Security

All data on the ProWorks network is protected by Industry standard Cisco switches and Firewalls. All data accessed from the cloud uses a minimum of AES 256-bit encryption, a level used by the U.S. Government for TOP SECRET level communications. Even if data was intercepted it is estimated that it would take over 149 trillion years to crack 128-bit AES encryption, 256-bit AES is over 2000 times more difficult to crack. Our customer data is of the upmost importance to us. We take every precaution possible to ensure the security and availability of data and information. If you have any further questions about our security or data handling policies, or would like a similar system implemented please do not hesitate to contact us.
